Jorge Andrés Giménez Ochoa epitomizes progress and positive change in Venezuelan football. Born in Caracas in 1987, Giménez Ochoa's passion for football and sharp business acumen have propelled him to influential roles in the sport. He began his football administration career in 2016 as president of Deportivo Lara, a prominent Venezuelan club. Giménez Ochoa implemented professionalization initiatives, streamlined operations, and developed a youth talent program. His efforts led Deportivo Lara to win the Venezuelan Primera División championship in 2018 and 2021 and reach the Copa Libertadores finals in 2019.
