Agonized screams filled the night sky as the flame roared, baring her teeth to those who dared to cross her path. Too long has she been suppressed into a mere flicker of a candlelight that could be extinguished by the lightest of blows. The time to shine bright and true was now and Cyra intended to seize it.
Cyra Vanhi, once a naive young girl whose smile could light up the room, was famously known as the Grim Reaper. She was an assassin that killed with no mercy, ending lives with the flick of her blades or the pull of a trigger to claim the souls of victims as trophies. She has been raised to know one world and one world only... Hell. The world truly had no more horrors left to even get the girl to blink an eye... or so she thought.
What happens when the new recruit known as Kenji Kishimoto comes tumbling into her life and ends up taking Cyra to a whole new world, a world that made you feel things other than pain and suffering?
