Over a month had passed following Kronos' defeat. Camp had been a rush for a time, with the funeral piers burning near constant for days and the construction of new cabins beginning soon after. Things finally began to return to some sense of normalcy when the first of the new cabins was completed. However, hours after the last pieces of furniture had been enchanted and placed within the Hecate cabin, a mysterious book appeared on its doorstep. An age old prophecy of two worlds meeting finally rings true, but what trouble will it bring?
(This fanfiction includes information from the Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Heroes of Olympus, Kane Chronicles series, Descendants 1-3, and the Isle of the lost. Other related stories/series will be disregarded as I have not read/watched them yet, please excuse any discrepancies. Also posted on AO3)

It's been a year since the Second War, yanknow, the awakening of none other than the lady herself, Queen Dirt-Face. Percy has been living a happy life, until another great Prophecy is told. Percy gets thrust into another war, but this is no ordinary war, it's a war of revenge against him and this boy in London. Percy is forced to flee, for if he stays any longer at Camp, every camper will Perish. It's been about two years since they won their war, and defeated He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Harry Potter is the current headmaster at Hogwarts, much to his displeasure. He married Ginny last year and is currently very happy, that is until The Ministry of Magic decide to show up and drop a bomb on Harry. (Not literally) Ron and Hermione try to help Harry cope with the information he is told, however they can only do so much to help their friend. What will happen, when two brothers, separated at age one, do when they find out about each other? What will happen, when wizards meet Demi-Gods? Percy Jackson thought he was finally free. Rachel's Prophecy of Eight has begun after three new demigods have been picked up across the country. The new campers, and a slightly less newer one, must go on a quest to rescue the queen of the heavens. When they return, they realize their issue is bigger than they thought. They must go to the newly discovered Roman camp, pick up three other demigods, begin the quest to Rome, lose some team members in Tartaurs, close the Doors of Death, and inevitably wake Gaea.
