Refute the historical fabrications that served to help usher in an era of colonization. Dismantle the ideological standpoints held and weaponized by the ones who saw us for the first time and allowed their greed to dictate their actions. We are human beings. And we remember the past. It is time to acknowledge these acts of terrible shame so that the cycles of pain and torment can begin to cease.
