Cold And Warm

What happens when an employee ( Abhishek) starts to have feelings for his boss(Pat Cummins) and creates a huge cyclone of mixed emotion for both of them.

According to abhi it's a stark contrast between his warmth and Pat's cold.

And

According to pat he (abhi) is just an employee that holds no position in his life.

(Maybe that's not the whole thing that is happening here there is of course more that is being hidden by one of them but who?)
