Her mother didn't really wanna have a girl so when she found out she was pregnant with Mia She was angry but still gave birth to her.
When she was born she took all the attention her mother didn't like that so when she turned 5 she stole $1,000,000 and took Mia with her thinking when she ran out of money she can just sell her since she did have her looks.
Her father and Brothers were devastated and angry and did all they could to look for Mia but it was like she vanished off the face of the Earth. Eventually her father gave up but the brothers kept looking.
When Mia goes to school one day and gets called to the office and finds out that her step dad died and comes to find out that she has 8 brothers willing to take her in.
