When a doctor and his team come up with a new medicine to help ease all kinds pain and nauseous. After being tested and approved on October 11th 2024, it became a drug on the market. And many were eager to try it out cuz it's suppose to be the best medicine for pain. 
Little do they know..making Retopetomin was a grave mistake, causing an infectious outbreak on October 12th 2024 which causes a person to go through inhumane changes and cause violent behavior. 
Three students in their senior year of high school find themselves locked in a gym closet, unaware of what journey is ahead of them beyond.
