"Hello there~" Midoriya heard a raspy voice. "Would you like a quirk?"
There he was. The man that the kid was talking about. He had blue hair, and his skin needed water. His face was covered by his black hoodie. So all Izuku could see was his mouth. "Yes please." Is all Izuku could muster up.
"Follow me~" He opened the curtain behind him. There was a hospital bed, and a couple of syringes. Midoriya started to rethink his priorities.
Little did Midoriya know, is that with this heavy purchase... comes with a price.
