What would happen when the news vaccine reaches the small group of survivors of an apocalypse, stuck at an inconvenient distance from the vaccine? And what would happen when they realised the group considered small earlier was still very large for the amount of vaccine prepared?

Will the people who had watched each other's backs until then stab each other, or will fate have something else planned for them?
