The want to die is not always the want not to live. But sometimes the want to live somewhere softer. Where the tall grass lulls my body to sleep, where everything promises to stay alive.
- donte collins

Post MWII remake, after Grave's "supposed" death and Shepherd's betrayal, 141 has been on missions across the globe. In the process of doing so, the team encounter another betrayal from their own side. Soap and Ghost had to regroup with the rest of the team, but it's not gonna be an easy and quick journey. Along the journey, they both grew fonder of each other, and realised what they have might be more than just comradery.

(I have no idea what this story's gonna have for contents but imma just ball and wing and rah rah ulala my shit because I live for slowburn angst soft and steaming hot smutty story of Ghost and Soap 👩‍🦯🦅)

His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
