Mia Thorne has always been curious-too curious for her own good. As a determined reporter for her high school newspaper, she uncovers a dangerous secret involving a corrupt teacher manipulating grades and college admissions. After exposing a dangerous scandal at her high school, Mia is blamed for a story she didn't write and forced to leave town-leaving behind her best friend, Jaxon, and everything she's ever known. With nowhere else to go, she travels to abroad... only to discover the truth hurts far more than the lie. Three years later, Mia returns to the only place that ever felt like home. But everything has changed. Jaxon is no longer the quiet boy next door she left behind. The town holds secrets she never imagined. The forests that always seemed so familiar are no longer safe - the forests surrounding their small town hide a powerful wolf pack. Every fairytale has monsters, but are they the real monsters in this story? According to their leader - the Alpha - Mia isn't just a human who wandered back into town. She's their Luna. The only problem? She was never meant to be his. [WARNING! Story contains graphic depictions of violence, sexuality, strong language, and/or other mature themes.]
