After the demise of her great aunt, 19 year old Superhero, Sharpshooter, also known by the name Darcy Karter was informed that her will states she is entitled to $500k only if she moves into her great aunt's ancient house on a secluded Island off the coast of California, but it has to be an immediate and solo move. But during the evening of her first night in the house, after a once calming bath that was ruined by her existential dread of her life as a superhero, she starts hearing voices that come from seemingly nowhere. Her eyes lock with a painting on the wall next the ebony double doors of the master bedroom, she notices the people in the painting aren't just moving, but also talking.
