When a close call in the field sends Dr. Spencer Reid to a local hospital, overworked and under appreciated nurse y/n is ordered to tend to his wounds. Then, a disheartening phone call regarding his mom's health leads Spencer to open up to y/n. Through a shared heart-to-heart, the two devise a plan to help solve both of their issues: y/n will leave her crummy job and move in to care for Diana Reid.
