Wings of Fire: Whistling Skies

Corvus, a continent no dragon has touched, a continent where only humans roam, a continent where these humans have technology.
Due to dragons never being on Corvus, these humans have developed nations, and have developed technologies similar to the 20th century
So what happens when these dragons stumble upon it? Because if there could be a second continent, why couldn't a third exist?
