As a Vanguard, Sunny's job is to exorcize all phantoms that come from beyond the veil.
However, after being tricked into buying a run down apartment complex, Sunny meets an unusual phantom named Stella who continues to defy all his years of training. With his mentor Locke's help, they must discover what caused an abnormality such as Stella... but not all of Vanguard believe a phantom should go unexorcized.
