The mortals are in danger. They always are. And the Man in the Moon has endured enough ages living concealed in the moon. So he hatches a plan. His daughter, his only child, shall be sent to the mortal world to live as an immortal guardian, a primordial spirit. And so, on the eve of her eighteenth birthday, her father sends her to the mortal world where she will live among the mortals for the rest of her life.
