Monsterous Quirk

Quirks can bring the good and bad of people. As there are people who uses their quirks for good and the other uses it for evil. And with these quirks there are always an good and a bad for them as there was one quirk that have an bad towards everyone including the quirk user. An boy by the name of Yujiro Usagiyama, the younger brother of the pro hero Rumi 'Mirko' Usagiyama was born with a quirk that is considered to be very dangerous and monsterous if he lose control. And so he is locked up in an facility to be watched by the heroes, but soon after many many and many demanding from his older sister who talked with the principal of UA High to make him go to be looked at closer Yujiro finally agreed to his sister's request.
