I remember the night Stefan turned me as if it happened yesterday-and I'm certain I'll never forget it. I always admired my brother for his kindness, but I never imagined I'd see a different side of him, a monstrous side. It tore me apart when I learned of what he had become, something irreversible. He wasn't even alive, but he'd live for eternity-ironically enough. He knew of that and decided to give the same fate to our older brother so he wouldn't be alone. But turning Damon wasn't enough for him as it seemed. As if our shared fate wasn't already cruel enough, Stefan decided to extend this fate to me, his twin sister, whom he claimed to love the most. That night, he sentenced me to a fate I would never wish upon my worst enemy.

That night, I became a monster.
