Megatron and Arcee knew each other before the war. They met, fell in love, and had a baby. Arcee had just given birth to her baby when she had found out Megatron had started the war. Once she figured it out, she took her baby and ran. She ran only to find herself in one of Shockwave's labs. Shockwave had already known about the baby because Megatron had told him and he promised Arcee he would take care of it while she fought in the war. Alias is an unusual girl. She doesn't remember who she was when she was younger, her first memory was as a 6 year old, stumbling through the woods into an old abandoned barn, wounded and weak. Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her. She does not understand his reasons, they slowly become clear. And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. Megatron himself feels he simply had taken something so precious from Prime, and enjoys watching the autobot panic in trying to find her. But, the girl began to confuse his spark. So much so he questions so much about himself.
