Reina Namikaze is the daughter of the Yellow Flash, Minato Namikaze, and the Nine Tails jinchuriki, Kushina Uzumaki. Born with the intelligence of her father and the strength of her Uzumaki bloodline, Reina is turned into a weapon during the Third Shinobi War. Throughout the war, tragedy appears to follow her team and every victory is paid for with blood.
Shortly after the war, another attack leaves Reina grieving more losses. To make matters worse, the Third Hokage forbids everyone from revealing her connection to Naruto, forcing Reina to keep her distance. As Naruto grows older and the threat of the Akatsuki becomes greater, Reina is assigned to protect him and ensure that the Nine Tails' seal remains unbroken. It should be a simple task, but Reina must grapple with the guilt of allowing her brother to grow up in isolation and hatred.
Can she keep Naruto safe from the enemies that seem to come after him every day? Will Reina find a way to reconcile with her past? And as she battles both real dangers and her own emotional barriers, can she ever open her heart to those around her?
Note: This is a re-telling of my fan fiction, Minato's Daughter. The story lines may be similar due to the Naruto timeline but there will be differences between Reina and Miyuki. Enjoy!

With a smile on her face, she hides the deep sorrow that only the people closest to her can see through her eyes. Her dream is to make everyone happy, and to reunite families that have been separated, such as Sasuke and Itachi as well as the sand siblings. Will she be able to succeed, and find her own happiness along the way? Or will the darkness of the world consume her? I don't own Naruto/ Shippuden.
