Kayla Jones is moving in with her aunt after her parents die in a tragic car accident. To keep Kayla's mind off of her parents she decides to join the summer rec. football team, but keep her identity as a girl a secret. Why playing she meets someone who just might change her life, Hayes Grier. When Hayes finds out about her little secret they become the best of friends, but when school starts a certain code might just stop them from becoming more than friends. A code in which the popular people can't date or hang out with the not popular people. Hayes is the most popular guy in school, where Kayla is just the new girl who is afraid to show her inner football side. Will Hayes risk being popular just to be with Kayla? Or will the popular code break Hayes and Kayla's relationship?
