We follow Cosmo as he goes through universes trying to get rid of evil and trying to find out who he is. In the first installment he gets found on Earth where soon after he finds trouble. A mistake will lead him running from the International Police and Study Foundation (IPSF) because they don't know who he is and where he came from. They think he is a human but not from earth. Csomo tries to find a way to escape this constant running by finding the Universal Gate (UGate) but its 94ub4tg943 j4 03nr023n5... Oops can't tell you that, Spoilers!
