I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal. (You don't necessarily have to read from start to finish) If you for an example have a bad day, I have a chapter for you about seeing it thru a different perspective than what people normally tell you. Or if you feel like you want to know what happiness is or feels like, I have different definition of that in different chapters for you my dear! But then there was you-bluebell eyes, a voice like waves, a laugh that could wake the tides. You didn't rescue me. You simply saw me-and that was enough to make me float again. This poem, this book, is my thank-you. Thirty tides, thirty heartbeats, thirty poems carved from salt and lavender light-a collection of the moments, the thoughts, and the breaths that became "us."
