Quirkless Doesn't Mean Useless

During class, Izuku found out how little everyone knew about the quirkless. He knew that they didn't mean it but it was still hurtful that they didn't know. After class, he still couldn't stop thinking about it and how he would show them when he got an idea.

It was pretty simple training exercise since all he needs to do is act as a quirkless thief turned vigilante. Not just that but his class along with 1B has to team up with him to stop a certain evil. Secrets will be revealed as Izuku would show everyone just what the quirkless can do.
