Who is this man? Why does he have so many soldiers? Is he after Kasper or his siblings? And does it have something to do with the mark?

Years ago a kingdom was taken. A king was killed and a queen fled, and two twins were foretold to be the saviors. Alice and Gart live normal lives. Their father isn't around but that's okay. To save a kingdom they know nothing of from a tyrant king. But how do they know it's the right thing to do? Do the people even want to be saved?
