Eclipse echoes

Nova and Aku, the characters this story revolves on. Nova, an upper-middle class, high status, skilled, ex space cadet who is a star. Aku, a lower class, poor, courageous moon who is extremely smart and gained a scholarship which helped with better chances for a more stable life. These two, very close friends who would do anything for each other. Nothing could really impact them, right?
