Descendants Rising Tides follows the youngest son of Ariel and Eric, Rey on a wild ride for his first year at Auradon prep however, just before he leaves King Tritan's Trident is stolen leaving the merfolk in shock. After realizing just how good Auradon prep is he decides to go live with one of his newfound friends Princess Red of Wonderland for winter break. Once he travels through the rabbit hole he is given magical powers that may help him defeat the unknown enemy of the sea.
