Aarav, a struggling musician, discovers a magical mailbox that sends letters to a time turning event. He uses it to write to his future self, but accidentally sends a letter to the past, where it reaches Ria, a talented poet, who is his soulmate.
As Aarav and Ria exchange letters, but their connection transcends time. Aarav tries to find a way to be with Ria, but every attempt fails. In a last-ditch effort, he writes a final letter, pouring his heart out, and sends it to Ria.
The letter reaches Ria, but it's too late. 
Aarav receives a reply, Ria's last letter, which she wrote before but He's heartbroken but finds solace in their love, which will forever be frozen in time.
