I narrowed my gaze and quickly stood to rush into Thor's aid, ignoring his dejected expression. I was about to leap off the cliff side when I heard four words that had me frozen in my place unlike anything my powers could do. She couldn't bring herself to forgive him for everything he had done, obviously, but she was finally beginning to live the life she always wanted. Civilians are running in every direction trying to get away from the fight. Some are getting caught in the middle so Loki tries his best to get them away. But the Avengers thinking he's trying to hold a hostage makes the situation even worse. Now Loki needs to get the civilian out of the way and defend himself. He cast a shield around himself and the people. Teleporting the people away he drops the shield . "Listen to me!" Loki groaned as the Avengers ignored his pleas. "What did you do?!" There was so much going on he didn't even see who asked the question. He just answered without thinking."Nothing! You people are the ones that attacked first. As I was helping someone! What if they had gotten hurt?!" The Avengers faltered for just a second before straightening their resolve. As the fight went on Loki was getting tired of their incompetence. "Stop!" Loki yelled heavily out of breath. All the Avengers were frozen by Loki's magic. Even the almighty Thor. "You so-called avengers just attacked me unprovoked, risked multiple lives, and won't even listen to what I have to say." He turned to Thor. "But this must seem normal to you my "dear brother" seeing how this is just like the old days." There was a few minutes of silence before anything happened. People started to flood the streets again. Trying to get a glimpse at the action. "Now since I don't want any trouble, I'll come with you without a fight. Like I would have done before had you not shot at my ass! Now I'm going to drop the spell. But don't you dare fire at me!"

Will only play small, fleeting parts in this story.) Dr Strange refuses to move into the tower. After all, it is more important to keep up with his work at the Sanctum. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story. Then there's Aite. She's new. She's the Greek goddess of mischief, delusion, folly, and ruin. You'd think her and Loki would be the best of friends... Not so much.
