Three years after the Paragons' formation and the beginning of their watches over the United States of America-and the Earth as a whole-the beloved superhero team faces what could possibly be their greatest challenge yet. Dark Inquisitor Lizala, acting commander of the Cosmic Armada-a near-endless army of galactic conquerors who have decimated entire planets' worth of civilizations in their past-has struck, with an invasion so brutal that it threatens to bring about the end of humanity as we know it......and following her top lieutenant Shade's death after a pyrrhic success in their earlier invasion of the Elemental Realms, she is all the more determined to complete her goal in his name. 

 Further complicating matters is the inevitable arrival of the Cosmic Armada's mysterious figurehead, who is currently making her way towards Earth after being summoned there by a special beacon of the Armada's making. The planet's only hope lies with the Paragons, who must join forces with the other allied heroes-and even some anti-heroes-around the globe in a high-stakes mission to find and safely destroy the summoning beacon, while evading Lizala and the Cosmic Armada's army all the while.  

And if they fail......the final hour could fall on all of mankind.
