Kate Queen is a tennis player, and a good one at that. She had just finished her season and won her first game at Wimbledon in the women's singles final when she started receiving highly disturbing letters and e-mails from a stranger. It wasn't until she noticed the same man following her everywhere and calls at all hours of the day and night that she decided to seek help. So, she called the only person she knew could help, Dr. Spencer Reid. With his and the BAU's help they start to track what they find to be a serial killer who is only after one thing, Kate Queens life.
