Elyria never truly understood the words of her house, not even after several lectures from her older brother, or the stories told by Lord Stark during dinners. She could never truly understand how one could see death as honorable. Her grandfather had died in battle on his horse, her brother always explained that to be deplorable.
Even now, after the own death of her brother. Honor was not something she would pair with death.
However after recent events transpiring in Winterfell, Elyria's life spiraled from normal to chaos within days. She watched her dearest friends grow from mere children to adults within the fortnights. Elyria truly learns the meaning of her house words.
