Davin Saich Villanueva is a consistent Top 1 of his class. Many viewed him as popular, humble, and a reliable schoolmate and friend. He is a role model in the eyes of his teachers and schoolmates. He is gifted and naturally born smart (as per his teachers and schoolmates). He has represented the school outside the campus, bagging many awards that helped the school gain popularity.

But what they don't see, behind his overflowing success, is a boy who just wants to be normal, average. A boy who is battling with his own demons. A boy who just wants to be loved and appreciated for who he really is and not for the awards he has won.

In his entire junior high school life, he hasn't done anything but win and be at the top.

Not until senior high school, when he met the boy who would make him think low of himself. He goes by the name of Kiro Matthew Ramos, a Valedictorian and consistent Top 1 of his batch.

Everything for Davin went down when Matthew came. That's what he wants, to be average. Might as well give way to the new student who will outdo him in every aspect of life. Davin wants to be beaten (so he could live his life as an average student), or maybe not.
