Strike had a tough past, her father's past, her not-by-blood "uncles", it was always a mess when that death was mentioned. Especially when she applied for the naval academy and her father tried to intervene. Thankfully, it was all stopped by a good friend of her dad, she got lucky that he helped her, unlike one of her best friends who was put back four years.
A new mission is coming up, new and old faces, one that she didn't expect to see after a huge fight that got her best friend and her in several problems with family and friends. But Strike will fight for a spot in this task, although...will she risk her new WSO?
