Determined to rise above the common lot, Kokichi Oma continues his pranks. Dissatisfied with their failures, he devises something greater that would bring him infamy in the whole of Hope's Peak Academy. But his plans fall into doubt when he suddenly develops affection for an inconspicuous mage: Himiko Yumeno. 

This is a rewrite, but it's so significantly different from its predecessor that I decided to register it as a new story.
