She faced the challenges of mentally self preparation of what secrets the Earth held within. 'Why was she arrested?' hardly anyone asked because they knew what Cora had done why she was locked up for nine years of her life. In the process of all she deals with the pain of new kinds of love and being able to trust people after so many years of distrust.
