Tyler Cooper is the hockey captain for his prep school with recently losing his mom and his dad using substances to cope. Leading Tyler to having to take care of his little sister Charlotte while also balancing school and Hockey.

After a while of Tyler dealing with basically raising his little sister and playing hockey, his math grade ends up slipping. Which then results in Blair being his tutor, which starts off rocky and ends up with them being friends and maybe even more than friends.
