One night at the Red Keep, a lowborn woman is left outside the gates, beaten and bruised, a message carved into her skin. The message is for Otto Hightower, a man who has been trying desperately to keep a secret from making its way around the Keep and to his family. The secret? He had been secretly meeting up with this woman for quite some time now. And people were about to start finding out about it.

Elaine was sent to Otto by pure chance. She has her reasons for working in a brothel, reasons that to her amazement, Otto understood. She expected to fear the man, but found they shared more common ground than she would have ever thought possible.

Eventually, the scandal breaks out. Throughout the story, Otto must make some hard decisions about his career, the woman he's grown to care about, and what is most important to him.

After the death of his son, Baelon, and his wife, Queen Aemma, Viserys I Targaryen has felt lost and alone. His daughter hated him for his decision, but she wouldn't listen to his explanations. The Maester had made it clear that Aemma was not going to survive this birth. Was he a monster for trying to at least save his son? In the end, Baelon did not make it through the night & was put to rest alongside his mother. Almost 6 months after his wife's passing, he met someone. He knew it was crazy, but it felt like love at first sight. His Hand's eldest daughter, whom he had never met, had come to Kings Landing unexpectedly. She was a woman of 19 who had made a deal with her father that she would marry whomever he wanted her to without argument if he simply allowed her to travel the world for a few years. She left her home a quiet and lonesome child of 16 and came back a beautiful, elegant, and full of fire woman of 19. Her name was Annora Hightower. When Annora had her 19th name day, she received a letter from her father, Otto Hightower, telling her that her time was up and she was to come home. However, he was in for a rude awakening. For her strings were her own now. No longer would she be his to toy with, and she refused to allow her father to corrupt and torment her little sister, Alicent, any longer. If she must, she would take Alicent's place in whatever fucked up plan that her father had come up with to achieve his power. Notes: -WARNING-> there will be smut! Dragon Princess || Aegon II Targaryen

28 parts Ongoing

To some, she was just another princess who was kind, generous and had ethereal beauty. To the smallfolk, she was a dream and too good to share blood with the fuckers who rule Westeros and disgraced their lives. To Aegon, she was the love of his life. But the truth was Rhaenys Targaryen was the embodiment of the fire of Old Valyria. Gifted by the Old Gods of Valyria, Rhaenys possessed a unique bond with dragons. In fact, by the age of three and ten, she had already bonded with two dragons, a hacthling and others to come. Some whispered that she couldn't be burned, while others believed she couldn't bear children like any other woman. Some believe she was the embodiment of dragons herself. But neither Old or New Gods could predict or protect her from becoming one of the most significant players in the Dance of Dragons, the demise of dragons.
