Sa bustling Metro Manila, kung saan nagtatagpo ang mga pangarap at realidad, makikita ang Starlight University. Isang lugar kung saan nagsasama-sama ang mga estudyante mula sa iba't ibang antas ng buhay, naglilikhang isang masiglang tela ng mga kuwento at karanasan.
Sundan si Philo, isang 20-year-old na estudyante ng Starlight University, na naglalakbay sa pagitan ng dalawang mundo-ang totoo at ang ilusyon-dahil sa kanyang schizophrenia. Sa kanyang pagsusumikap na harapin ang araw-araw na hamon, nandiyan ang kanyang mga kaibigan: si Naomi, ang kanyang sunshine na laging nandiyan para sa kanya; si Sophia, ang kanyang independent at strong-willed ex-girlfriend na hindi pa rin siya maiwan; at si Joseph, ang kanyang anchor na laging nandiyan para suportahan siya.
