Sundan si Philo, isang 20-year-old na estudyante ng Starlight University, na naglalakbay sa pagitan ng dalawang mundo-ang totoo at ang ilusyon-dahil sa kanyang schizophrenia. Sa kanyang pagsusumikap na harapin ang araw-araw na hamon, nandiyan ang kanyang mga kaibigan: si Naomi, ang kanyang sunshine na laging nandiyan para sa kanya; si Sophia, ang kanyang independent at strong-willed ex-girlfriend na hindi pa rin siya maiwan; at si Joseph, ang kanyang anchor na laging nandiyan para suportahan siya.
Sa kabila ng ingay ng Metro Manila, sinusubukan ni Philo na mahanap ang kanyang lugar sa mundo. Ang bawat araw ay isang pagsubok ng lakas ng loob at determinasyon. Ang bawat sandali kasama ang kanyang mga kaibigan ay nagbibigay sa kanya ng pag-asa at lakas para harapin ang mga unos ng buhay.
