Hermione Granger has successfully become the youngest, and first female, minister for magic at just twenty eight years of age. She has all but left her Hogwarts days behind, living peacefully in her London flat with her cat. Her two friends Harry and Ron have gone down similar paths, except they had both started families unlike Hermione.

Hermione believes her being a single woman in charge of the wizarding world isn't a problem, more traditional wizards disagree.

So when a ministry business trip to Hogwarts reconnects her with her former bully, who seems to have changed since their school days, she can't help but be intrigued by the blonde man. Could she possibly end one of her problems while falling head over heels for the man that she had vowed to hate a decade ago?
