All Sushvi wanted was to escape the suffocating expectations of marriage in her traditional family. She found her chance by fleeing to Canada for her master's degree, avoiding the pressure as her cousin's wedding placed her next in line for an arranged match. Desperate for freedom, Sushvi concocted a brilliant ruse.
