Valentina Tolliver is practically a shoe in for the Olympics in figure skating-if she could just relax. Uptight is the best word to describe the girl, as many would. She has a tendency to get in her own way by overthinking, never getting the result she would hope for. She is calculated, meticulous, and has a firm head on her shoulders.

Until she meets Marco Cardow.

Marco Cardow is the cocky team captain on a minor league hockey team, set to have scouts after him this season for the pros. That being the cause of his oversized ego that he made everyone's problem. He is impulsive, free-spirited, and deep deep down, he is a good guy. He just needed someone like Valentina Tolliver to challenge him in every possible way to get there.

Valentina swears that Marco Cardow is the very bane of her existence. Especially when the team's rink is getting updated and they have to share the ice. Neither of them think that the other's sport is worthy of time on the rink, giving them more than enough to disagree on.

Will they come to a mutual agreement, or are they both in for a long season?

They are dedicated to their sport and refuse to let anything distracted. But when a scheduling conflict forces the two to share the ice, staying focused becomes just a little harder.
