The court of owls are back in Gotham and have plans to control the world, Batman sends Nightwing deep undercover looking for court membership, however this mission is kept from everyone else in order for it to succeed, dick once in the court must do everything to keep his cover from being blown and try to keep his friends expectly barbara safe. (Story heavily inspired by the Mafia games and sleeping dogs)
