I tried hard to run away. And I ran so far.
Now I'm lost somewhere. Lost like a star.
I'm standing here. In middle of a flock so unknown.
They say I'm shining bright. Yet I feel like I'm a stone.

I wish I could go back. The way in front is dark.
You'll have to join me further. Cause I'm inflammable and you're that spark.
I wish you chase me. But I know you won't.
I'm trying to get through the things. But I don't.

Light me up. Be a companion throughout my way.
I'll be burning as long as you stay.
Together we will walk. And the night will no longer be black.
But the night is meant to be black. And it is the only fact.

I wish I could change the things. Like the way I see in my dream.
But the fact is I cannot. And so is the reason it is called a DREAM.

MELANCHOLY | Melancholy drips from my fingertips. SOON TO BE A PUBLISHED PAPERBACK. COMING 2025! This melancholy drips from my fingertips so slowly, you begin to forget I even exist. All of me, the hard parts of flesh you could never seem to love, drips down the drain. I am waiting for the day for your fingers to unscrew the pipes, dig through debris and mess, scrape your heart against the rust, just to find me, so we can go through it all over again. Here, in the pages I find myself, in the ink that writes against my flesh, I will whisper the sadness, the heartache, and the decaying for all of the unspoken. She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order.
