Peyton Andrews is a 14 year old who's coming to Lubbock to start her freshman year with her 18 year old brother, Dallas, who's finishing his senior year. While there, they finally see their 16 year old cousin, Casey, and two friends they grew up with, after 7 years. Now meet Travis Hill. He's a 19 year old junior, who had been held back in the 9th grade. When he was younger, he and Peyton were inseparable. They were the closest in their group of friends. After 7 years of not seeing each other, you'd think there would be the biggest gap between them. But what happens when it's the exact opposite? Peyton and Travis keep getting closer and closer. But what happens when Peyton's mom, Teresa, gets in the way? This may become mature in later chapters. If it does, I'll change the rating.

The Corelli and Carmichael families have been neighbors for years. The men were friends, so it only made sense for their children to be just as close. But just how close is TOO close? *** Lucas and Michaela were inseperable. So much so that they had their own standing orders at some places. They shared secrets and mischief and they loved that they could depend on one another. Lucas has held a candle for Michaela for years. She liked him too, but she moved on from her schoolgirl crush once he started dating and she realized he would never see her the same. When Lucas comes home again the Summer of her senior year of high school, things suddenly start to change between them. It makes their lives go from 0 to 100 in a heartbeat and neither of them expected it to happen. Excerpts from the story: * We've always been a good team. Hell, the best when we teamed up against others. If we can't keep an eye on him, no one can... * "So, what's the problem then?" I sit back in triumph, grinning. My hands are on my thighs but my eyes stay on my girl. "Come on," I start, stretching the two words tauntingly. Elijah groans. Michaela's eyes narrow as if telling me not to, but I was going to anyway, no matter how cute her scowl is. "Live a little."
