They strike up a conversation and both notice the draw they have on each other as Uma explains she's a witch with an affinity for water. As the two become closer Mal's enemies take notice. Will Mal be able to keep her new pet safe? Or is there more to Uma which will make her a strong attraction to her enemies? This fic's vampire lore is based off Jeanine Frost a mix of my own.
