After their triumphant victory over the tyrannical Lord Protector at Kilkenny, Sean, Mebh, and Robyn have found peace and harmony with their wolf pack. The lush forests and rolling hills of Ireland once again become their home, where they can live freely and thrive. However, their idyllic existence is soon threatened by a new menace. A ruthless group of raiders begins to terrorize the land, pillaging villages, destroying resources, and killing indiscriminately.

As they embark on their perilous journey to track down and dismantle the raiders, Sean and his companions uncover shocking truths that challenge their understanding of the world and their place in it. The discovery forces them to re-evaluate their alliances and face difficult choices that will test the strength of their bonds and the depth of their commitment to their homeland.
