But with an assignment that required both of them to work together, that all changed. Could they become friends overtime? Possibly even lovers?? School AU!! Recommend any other ship and ill consider adding it! This AU consists on everyone being 20+ (their in college perchance). Sabito being alive but Giyuus family is still dead. Sanemi and Genya live together but don't exactly get along perfectly. Also, Sanemi has made fun of Giyuu ever since they met (elementary). In this au, Giyuu is not the water hashira, but Sabito is. They both passed final selection but due to Giyuu's eye injury he is blind in his left eye and keeps a bandage around it. He has a mellowed out personality but smiles and expresses his emotions. Sanemi Shinazugawa is preforming the hashira training and since all ranks have to participate he met Giyuu and was instantly wooed by Giyuu's strength, he saw Giyuu as an angle to the point Giyuu kept leaving an imprint on his mind.
