Luna was in shock. A secret passageway had just opened up from behind a book case. It was connected to a hallway to a room maybe. When she got in the room she saw a very familiar black costume. Dots automatically started to connect in her head. The costume, the way that they acted, disappearing for hours at a time. Her cousins were team Zorro. She was about to walk out but heard a loud bang.
For adventurous, snippy twelve year old Luna Dela-Vega, life is a bit rough. She's an outsider at school, has a hard time being social, and doesn't act like she's expected to. She'd rather wear trousers than a skirt, ride a horse than shop for ribbons, speak thcumash than something in English, and throw a lasso not gossip. But that's ciming from a tomboyish girl who's grown up around a family of cowpoke. Her older cousins, Diego and Inez, are like siblings to her. She's always been very close with them, after her parents are jailed for standing up for what's right, she's placed in the Cousy of her mother's brother, her Tio alihandro. She's always been inspired by Zorro, and her family. One day while looking for a book to read, she finds a hidden grotto. The costume inside belongs to none other than Zorro himself. Then she starts to connect the dots. But her cousins wouldn't keep secrets from her....right?
