Kate Johnson, a 17 year old high school student in Kansas. She's very smart and study's hard in school. As life goes on, Kate must find the best college to pursue the career she most wants, a brain surgeon. As this is a very important job, Kate knows that she is able to do this, all for her mom she misses dearly. Will Kate be able to get this job? What happened to her mom?Why does she want it so bad? Kate is happy with life and would like to live like this forever, but sadly her mother wants her to find someone who will love her with all his heart and passion, someone who would take care of her, but she knows this will never happen. Kate's mother, Elizabeth Johnson, takes her to a place she'd never expect to visit, sadly she gets an unexpected surprise, the journey goes on, young Kate has to learn to live by herself.
